Are Workforce and Assets separate SaaS applications?
Yes. ModuAxis Workforce and ModuAxis Assets are separate products. Features, prices, limits, deployment requirements and launch approval do not transfer between them.
What is the approved workforce product name?
The formal product name is ModuAxis Workforce. The website presents it as Workforce by ModuAxis, and the application uses the shorter Workforce label where the ModuAxis identity is already visible.
Is Workforce approved for unrestricted paid production?
No. Workforce remains in controlled production finalisation. The current website supports factual product review and controlled pilot discussions, not an unrestricted paid-production claim.
How is Workforce licensed?
No public Workforce licensing model or price is approved yet. The application can enforce monitored-employee, device and dashboard-user limits, but commercial packages must be approved before publication.
Does Workforce collect screenshots or keystrokes?
No. The current product excludes screenshots, screen recording, live screen viewing, keystrokes, typed text, clipboard, webcam and microphone collection.
What browser information does Workforce collect?
The official browser connector is designed to report the hostname of the currently focused active tab, such as office.com. It does not collect full URL paths, query strings, page titles, page content or browser history.
Is Workforce attendance or shift-management software?
Not in the current launch scope. Workforce reports activity, active and idle time and daily work summaries, but attendance and shift management are not sold as completed modules.
Does Workforce use AI to score employees?
No AI-powered summary, assistant, anomaly-detection or automated disciplinary capability is included in the current launch scope. Classification is rule based and alerts are review signals only.
Is a Workforce trial available?
No public self-service Workforce trial duration or no-card offer is approved. A controlled pilot may be provisioned administratively under an agreed scope.
Does Assets include inventory?
Yes. ModuAxis Assets includes verified inventory items, warehouses, stock movements, reports and controlled conversion of qualifying inventory into managed assets.
Can we buy Inventory without the Asset Edition?
Yes. Inventory Edition is available separately for internal stock, consumables, warehouse balances and inventory movements. Asset Edition and Complete Edition are separate purchasing choices.
What are the Assets editions?
Asset Edition is for individually tracked assets and lifecycle records. Inventory Edition is for quantity-based stock and warehouse operations. Complete Edition combines both areas and enables inventory-to-asset conversion.
How much does Assets cost?
Refer to the current Assets pricing page. Assets pricing is separate and does not establish Workforce pricing.
Where will customer data be hosted?
Final production hosting, data-residency, backup and restore terms must be confirmed in the applicable order and privacy terms. Workforce does not currently offer regional, private-cloud or on-premises deployment as a public launch promise.
Can we request a demo before buying?
Yes. A product demonstration or controlled pilot discussion can be requested. A demo does not mean the product or a package has received production launch approval.
What support commitment is included?
No fixed Workforce response time, restore priority, uptime SLA or service-credit commitment is published yet. Support boundaries must be recorded in the applicable proposal or service schedule.
Is ModuAxis now a registered company?
Yes. ModuAxis LLC is a Virginia limited liability company. Company formation does not by itself approve a product for unrestricted paid production; each product must still complete its applicable launch, security, commercial and operational controls.
